Lead Carpenter

Type: Full-Time / Lead Field Role

Pay Range: $28 – $38+ / hour (based on experience & efficiency)

Location: Southern New Hampshire (Raymond, Windham, Bedford, Salem & surrounding areas)
The Role:
You will lead residential remodeling projects from demo to final punch list. You should be fluent in framing, finish trim, subfloor prep, LVP/hardwood installation, cabinet setting, and basic tile/painting prep.
Key Responsibilities:

Run daily jobsite operations, maintaining schedule, clean dust barriers, and site safety.

Perform high-level finish carpentry (crown, baseboards, door casings, wainscoting).

Execute detailed subfloor leveling, floor laying, and seamless transition cuts.

Communicate daily progress with property owners and project lead with complete transparency.
Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on residential carpentry/remodeling experience.

Full set of hand/power trade tools for daily finish work.

Valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and clean driving record.

Strong troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
